The Illinois Valley Youth Symphony provides students with a valuable and unique musical experience through weekly rehearsals and regular performances while furthering the cultural enrichment of the Illinois Valley community.
The organization offers full orchestra and chamber orchestra opportunities for elementary through high school and adult students. The organization has promoted individual student performers as well by offering competitive events for soloists and student conductors for members. Winners of these competitions perform with the group each spring.

Have you tried Fresh Coffee before?
Our coffee beans are purchased fresh and in season from the farmer. For example, when our Colombian partner harvests their coffee and finishes the drying process, we import the dried green coffee beans as soon as possible. Once the beans arrive, we small batch roast them. When we say fresh, we mean fresh.
We also believe that beans are roasted to bring out their original flavor. Each bean has different flavor notes and requires different roast temperatures and times. Roasting in small batches allows us to roast each bean to its full potential! Is the coffee your currently drinking over roasted? Probably so. Most roasters tend to over roast because they are using old, out of season beans. That’s why your coffee tastes burnt.
Most specialty coffee retails for $20-$25 per bag. Our prices are $10-$15 per bag less than that. How can we do this? We are vertically integrated, meaning we cut out the middlemen to offer you a great product at a great price!
