We realized that adoption would be a key part of our family even before we were married (11 years ago). Brandi went on a mission trip to Moldova in 2008 to spend time with and serve several orphans throughout the country. During this trip, she developed a heart for adoption and knew she wanted to adopt her own children someday. She brought this up while we were dating three years later, and Josiah also really connected with her heart for adoption.
We believe adoption is a beautiful picture of the gospel and that there are different ways for families to form, with one way not being superior or better than another; just different. We have been on an adoption journey since 2019. We know God has orchestrated our beautiful family, and we trust His perfect timing and plan. Have you tried Fresh Coffee before?
Our coffee beans are purchased fresh and in season from the farmer. For example, when our Colombian partner harvests their coffee and finishes the drying process, we import the dried green coffee beans as soon as possible. Once the beans arrive, we small batch roast them. When we say fresh, we mean fresh.
We also believe that beans are roasted to bring out their original flavor. Each bean has different flavor notes and requires different roast temperatures and times. Roasting in small batches allows us to roast each bean to its full potential! Is the coffee your currently drinking over roasted? Probably so. Most roasters tend to over roast because they are using old, out of season beans. That’s why your coffee tastes burnt.
Most specialty coffee retails for $20-$25 per bag. Our prices are $10-$15 per bag less than that. How can we do this? We are vertically integrated, meaning we cut out the middlemen to offer you a great product at a great price!
